What is your return policy?
30-day return window from delivery date - Items must be unused, in original packaging - Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility - 15% restocking fee may apply for opened items **Which items cannot be returned?** - Used grills or beds (for hygiene reasons) - Custom or special order items - Clearance or final sale items - Assembled furniture (unless defective)
How do I start a return?
1. Email returns@aesovabeds.com with your order number 2. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions 3. Ship items back within 7 days of authorization
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Do you offer exchanges?

What about manufacturer defects?

Where do you ship?
We ship to all 48 contiguous United States from our Texas warehouse.
How long does shipping take?
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days - White Glove Delivery: 7-14 business days (for large items) - Most orders ship within 1-2 business days
What shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with FedEx, UPS, and specialized freight carriers for large items based on your location and item size.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
How much does shipping cost?
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $799 - Under $799: Calculated at checkout based on size/weight

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information via email once shipped.
Can I change my shipping address?

Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, we cannot ship to PO boxes due to carrier restrictions on large items.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Carriers will typically attempt delivery 3 times. You may need to pick up from their local facility if all attempts fail.
